I have this great location that kicks your butt every time and best of all it is quick and easy to do. Well easy might not be the exact truth but it is at least fun…
Well it depends on what you consider fun, if you love the heat and a lot of challenges in your workouts then you will love this workout. It involves lost of movement and quick spurts.
If you like box jumps then you will love this location, I like to adventure out early in the morning and get in a cool little workout and mix it up. Afterwards my body is tired and sore but it hits muscles that you normally use and don’t realize it. A lot of the movements and exercises in the gym are really just for looks.
Don’t get me wrong they are great but other than some everyday use the majority of the gym routines are just for looks. Take the bench press, name one thing you do throughout your day that involves laying on your back moving heavy weight up and down off of your chest?

For me I like to be able to move around and feel good about it and so I like to train my everyday body movements and increase my flexibility and strength movements.
I will still workout on the bench and in the gym but I understand the importance of every body functioning. Check this out, I use to be a scaffold setter back in the day.
Now the two houses with scaffolding on them is exactly what I use to do everyday with a variety of other jobs as well. If you know anything about scaffolding you will know it is hard work and no two days are the same. You load all the material on a truck than you unload it and set it up on the house, and then on good days you go tear down other houses that have been completed and do it all over again the next day!
The ground is uneven and the sun can be brutal or it can be freezing cold. A good worker carries just the right amount at a time in order to be productive. I had some tricks that made me really good and fast, it is all about balance, technique and strength backed with endurance…..

Now I use to mix it up and make workout for 8 hours a day when I worked and that is why I was good. I mastered the art of scaffold setting and could out work two good guys by myself simply because i love to compete and I was good! No Kidding I was good…
I very seldom worked out in the gym for one thing I just spent 8 hours working out in the real world! lol
A lot of the movements I did today in my workout (Instinct Training) would have been useful to me in this field, why? Because it involves a lot of my everyday movement….
Working out doesn’t have to be boring or hard it can be fun and hard! Challenge yourself not the other people in the gym. You want a challenge then go out and do something no one else will do!
