12:45pm Slim FX – Eat two wafers before the lunchw 8oz of water
01:00pm Lunch
04:00pm Snack (see the 28 day meal guide)
OR After FX
06-07pm EXERCISE CLASS
07:15pm Slim FX – Eat two wafers before the lunch w 8oz of water
07:30pm Cleanse FX (first 10 days) followed by small DINNER

If you need extra energy through out the day please take one bottle of Energy FX
anytime during the day before 12:00 pm. If you are sensitive to caffeine start with ¼
